The staff, especially Yolanda, the hotel owner, were extremely accommodating, friendly, and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. The hotel's convenient location near a bus stop allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy activities such as hiking, walking, and cycling in this picturesque area.

During the Xmas period, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is situated in a serene environment with stunning views and great walking paths. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was served with fresh and varied options, catering to different dietary needs. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, which was very convenient.

The only downside of my stay was the paint condition of the hotel, it seemed worn off in some areas. However, it didn't affect my experience as it was only a minor issue.
